Aku ada 2 jawapan:

First:

Emm aku pulak masa form 3.. Banyak kenangan manis masa tu..he he.. So tak yah nak dihuraikan dengan lebih lanjut lagi.. Masa nie aku punya kehidupan balance.. masa main ku main..dan masa blajar ku blajar.. pastu masa nie awl2 remaja so semangat tu lain sket...
Ada gang wat keje giler2 dan member pun sekepala...

Second:

Emm aku nak ulang balik masa matriks.. Emm best masa nie.. kembali wat keje giler2..he he.. dan yg penting kenapa aku nak ulang balik masa nie, nak blajar2 betul supaya aku dapat pointer yg bagus.. Then aku dapat amek course yg aku nak dan serasi dgn jiwa aku hua..
Emm tak da macam sekarang nie dok pening kepala dok setle kan coding nie... Kol 8:25pm masih dipejabat esok ada UAT.. hua....

Majlis Bacaan Yasin & Solat Hajat Untuk Kak Matun

Majlis bacaan yasin dan solat hajat diadakan di rumah Mak mertua Kak Matun ( Mak Dah) di Taman Medan memandang keluarga Kak Matun dari Kuantan dan Terengganu masih belum tiba di sini.. Dihadiri oleh ahli keluarga terdekat...

Setelah mendapat berita yang mengatakan Kak Matun berada dalam keadaan kritikal.. Satu tahap yang sukar untuk mengharapkan beliau kembali kepada keadaan normal. Hanya berharap kepada keajaiban Allah yang menentukan takdir kepada setiap hamba-Nya...

p/s: Sehingga ke hari ini aku tak berkesempatan melihat kak Matun in person selepas dia menjalani cesarean..

Aku telah mendapat penerangan mengenai penyakit yang di hadapi kak matun iaitu di kenali sebagai HELLP Syndrome..

Sedikit sebanyak mengenai penyakit ini diterangkan seperti di bawah:-

HELLP Syndrome

1. What is HELLP syndrome?

• HELLP syndrome is a serious complication of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension (high blood pressure problems of pregnancy). It occurs in about 2 percent to 12 percent of women with high blood pressure of pregnancy. It usually develops before delivery, but may occur postpartum (after delivery) as well.


• HELLP syndrome consists of the following problems:

hemolysis - red blood cells break down.
elevated liver enzymes - damage to liver cells cause changes in liver function lab tests.
low platelets - cells found in the blood that are needed to help the blood to clot in order to control bleeding.

2. What causes HELLP syndrome?

• The cause of HELLP syndrome is unknown.


• Some conditions may increase the risk of developing HELLP syndrome, including the following:

preeclampsia during pregnancy
previous pregnancy with HELLP syndrome

3. Why is HELLP syndrome a concern?

• In addition to the risks of high blood pressure during pregnancy, which include poor blood flow to organs and possible seizures, HELLP syndrome can cause other problems.


• The breakdown of red blood cells may cause anemia, and blood clotting problems may occur.


• A serious blood clotting complication called disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) may lead to severe bleeding or hemorrhage. Placental abruption (early detachment of the placenta) may also occur.


• Pulmonary edema (fluid buildup in the lungs) is also a serious complication.


• Severe disease may place the mother and fetus in danger and it may be necessary to deliver the baby early to prevent further complications.


• Recovery from HELLP syndrome may take several days after delivery. HELLP syndrome is a serious disease and can be life threatening for both mother and her baby.
  

4. What are the symptoms of HELLP syndrome?

• The following are the most common symptoms of HELLP syndrome. However, each woman may exhibit experience symptoms differently. Symptoms may include:
  

right-sided upper abdominal pain or pain around the stomach

nausea, vomiting

headache

increased blood pressure

protein in the urine

edema (swelling)

• The symptoms of HELLP syndrome may resemble other medical conditions, including pregnancy-induced hypertension. Always consult your physician for a diagnosis.
  

5. How is HELLP syndrome diagnosed?

• In addition to a complete medical history and physical examination, diagnostic procedures for HELLP syndrome may include:

blood pressure measurement
red blood cell count
bilirubin level - a
substance produced by the breakdown of red blood cells.
liver function
tests
platelet count - cells found in the blood that are needed to help the blood clot to control bleeding.
urine tests for protein

6. Treatment for HELLP syndrome:

• Specific treatment for HELLP syndrome will be determined by your physician based on:
  

your pregnancy, overall health, and medical history
extent of the disease
your tolerance for specific medications, procedures, or therapies
expectations for the course of the disease
your opinion or preference

• Treatment may include:

bedrest (either at home or in the hospital may be recommended)
hospitalization (as specialized personnel and equipment may be necessary)
blood transfusions (for severe anemia and low platelets)
magnesium sulfate (to prevent seizures)
antihypertensive medications (to reduce blood pressure)
fetal monitoring (to check the health of the fetus)
laboratory testing of liver, urine, and blood (for changes that may signal worsening of HELLP syndrome)
medications, called corticosteroids, that may help mature the lungs of the fetus (lung immaturity is a major problem of premature babies)
delivery (if HELLP syndrome worsens and endangers the well-being of the mother or fetus, then an early delivery may be necessary)

Prevention of HELLP syndrome:

Early identification of women at risk for HELLP syndrome may help prevent some complications of the disease. Education about the warning signs is also important because early recognition may help women receive treatment and prevent worsening of the disease.

Hospitalize..

Tahun nie mencatat sejarah dimana paling byk family member aku di masukkan ke hospital.. Bermula dari bulan feb dan diikuti march, april dan mei... Yea munkin ada hikmah disebalik apa yang berlaku...

Feb 08..

This month my father had been ward in Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya (PPUM @ UMMC) about 1 week because of heart failure which is a condition that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder that impairs the ability of the heart to fill with or pump a sufficient amount of blood through the body. In this case my father body filled with body liquids/waters more than a normal condition. After my father had been monitor by doctor, his condition become more stable but he can't drinks a lot of water as a normal person. Apart from the usual medicine for his heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and etc, he also need to take medicine to pump the unnecessary/extra water from his body as a urine. As recommended by doctors he only can drinks 1 liter water per day..

March 08

This month my elder sister had been ward in Selayang Hospital because suspect of Appendicitis. Then the doctors decide to do operation to remove her appendix, but then doctors postpone the operation to the next days to see the progress and to check the similarities of her symptoms with Appendicitis. After 3-4 days see the progress and the doctor decide not to do the operation because the symptom that she had not as Appendicitis's symptom. Then she discharged from the hospital after her condition was ok.

April 08

• Early of this month, blackie (my car) was ward at Perodua Service Centre more than 2 weeks because of accidents.
• My younger sister had been ward at Slim River hospital because of high fever and also diarrhea. Doctors said she need to be hospitalize at least 1 week after her condition become stable. Then the next day my elder sister manage to get permission from doctor to transfer her to Selayang Hospital. But the doctors will not responsible to any problem/cases if anything happen to her as we need to sign form that against medical law. This the only way that we can manage to transfer my sister to Selayang Hospital because easy for us to visit her and also monitor her progress since my elder sister is a doctor at that hospital. After 2 days, doctor diagnosis that she get dengue fever and also liver infection. Then the doctor monitor for her Platelets level about 3-4 days until reach normal level. But then she ask to be discharge from hospital early because need to attend MUET, final year Project presentation and progress test as well.
  

May 2008

Last week Kak Matun ( My cousin's wife) has been warded at Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya (PPUM @ UMMC) because of complication during pregnancy which are diabetes, kidney problem, high blood pressure and etc. She also had been ward at ICU the day before doctor schedule for her cesarean to taken out her baby at age 28 months pregnancy. Even now she still in ICU to monitor her progres after cesarean. Hope you will recover soon and able to take care of your baby. Here also i want to wish congrats to Kak Matun and Abang Boboy for getting baby boy even Kak Matun need to face all those complication during pregnancy. To Abang Boboy be strong..OK

Pae Wedding + Reunion

Last weekend, aku pergi kenduri kahwin Pae (member masa sekolah rendah & member masa matriks)...
Punya la excited aku nie belum pukul 12 dah sampai, then aku pun melepak kejap dekat rumah mak cik aku yang kebetulan kat area tu jer.. Emm sempat la tengok tv dan melayan anak sedara aku kat situ...he he
Nak dekat pukul 1 baru la aku pergi kenduri kawen tu sebab dok tunggu member aku yang lain... Emm segan la plak kalau sorang2 je kat situ....
As usual, mase ni la dapat jumpa member2 yang dah lame tak jumpa.. Emm member mase matriks tu ok lagi la..aku rasa tahun lepas still ada jugak jumpe diorang...

At first aku ingat diorang dah tak kenal aku nie.. Then bile aku tegur rupa2 nya diorang masih ingat kat aku..ha ha.. Sungguh ku tak sangka..
Dalam ramai2 tu ada yang aku tak cam espcially Umi (my close friend from standard 3 to 6).. Puas la aku mencari2 mane Umi nie.. Aku ingat dia tak datang .. Then aku pun tanya la dekat sorang member aku nie ada nampak Umi tak.. Berkerut2 dahi member sorang nie sebab Umi tu memang kat depan aku jer...
Then aku pun tegur la Umi nie.. Punya la die menjerit sebab excited dah lama tak jumpe.. sampai aku pun terkezut kat situ medengar jeritan die...Alkisahnya Umi pun x cam gak aku mase mula 2.. Emm same la kite....he he...
Kebanyakannya masih ku ingat lagi wajah kawan2 seperjuangan semasa zaman kanak2 rebina... Sungguh tak sangka dapat jumpe korang sumua..
Ada yang sempat borak lama ada yang sempat borak sekejap jer.. Sempat la tukar2 no hp dan bertanya khabar...
Then mase nak balik tu makin la excited sebab dah berkumpul ramai2 dan ambil gambar bersama2.. sayang seribu kali sayang aku tak bawa camera mase tu isk isk...
